The South Central Region of The United Schutzhund Clubs of America represents clubs and members throughout Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas and New Mexico who are dedicated to preserving the working aspects of their chosen breed by participating in the sport of IGP (formerly Schutzhund) and Breed Surveys.

Our sport is recognized around the world as the principal tool in breeding correct dogs for many different arenas, such as police dogs, drug dogs, bomb dogs, search and rescue dogs, therapy dogs, guide dogs, and hearing dogs as well as many other areas. Above all, these dogs are our friends, family and protectors.
